However, if you would prefer to come to our offices, please let us know in advance. In keeping with regulations, we ask all visitors to wear a face covering at all times when entering our office. When dealing directly with older clients we invite them to involve a trusted friend or relative where and if that is appropriate.
We understand the duties and responsibilities involved when dealing with clients appointed Powers of Attorney.
We explain everything in clear, plain language when speaking and in any written report or letter.
We are always mindful of any physical limitations such as hearing and sight issues as well as medications and take this into account at our meetings.
All documentation and correspondence can be produced in large print if preferred.
We can make home visits if easier for the client but equally will do our best to accommodate office visits and any mobility issues.
Timing of the meeting is flexible to suit the client and any medications.
Details of our extra care procedures and what to do if there are any issues along with our terms of business are always provided at the outset and made available to anyone else our clients would like to be involved.
